Skype is also commonly used for e-whoring, the difference being you can make a lot more using skype than using kik, but it is also harder, if done right it can bring a lot of money.

When using skype most people will ask you to get on cam with them for 10 seconds or more in order to prove that you are real.
If they ask you to say something just tell them that your mic is broken.
